I just came across a fashion editorial in Elle-US February 2011. It is featuring Devon Aoki who is of Japanese decent. I think the poses and expressions hauntingly depict the emotional turmoil that the Japanese people are facing after the devastating earthquake that has hit the country. The photographer, Carter Smith http://models.com/models/carter-smith created images so powerful which emanate so much emotion that now mirrors reality. A foreshadowing of what was to come. Amazing. Lets keep the people of Japan in our prayers. -KM
