Namaste yoga
I love starting and/or ending my day with yoga. It does so much to make you feel better physically, not to mention emotionally. It may even affect you spiritually. Even if you don't have time for a full on yoga session, you can always squeeze in a 5-10 minute sequence that will start/end your day on a good note. This yoga sequence is a clip from the show Namaste http://www.namaste.tv/. It is a really good tension reliever. It helps alleviate lower back pain, opens shoulder blades, strengthens the legs and improves alignment. I love this sequence, give it a try.
